Food Show & Food Challenge Practices October 12th and October 19th

Each practice we will be focusing on a different aspect of the Food & Nutrition project. Practices are open to all 4-H youth that wish to participate. Food Show is an individual contest and Food Challenge teams may have 3 or 4 members each. Be thinking about who from your club could be on your team and invite them to come to the practices. If you aren’t sure if you want to compete or not, that’s okay, practices are for everyone!

Registration will open on 4-H Online from September 5– October 7, 2022.
Late registration will be open from October 8 – 21, 2022.

 

Texas 4-H Spark Conference on November 11-13, 2022

Spark, formerly JLR, is the place to be November 11-13, 2022, for your 3-8th grade 4-H’ers! Hosted by the Texas 4-H Council at the Texas 4-H Center in Brownwood, this Dino Disco event features leadership, networking, and FUN for youth from around the state! Texas 4-H Jerky Jackpot Fundraiser

The Texas 4-H Foundation has once again partnered with rodeo legend and Texas rancher Bob Tallman to create an exclusive fundraiser to put money right in your county’s pocket.
For every bag a member sells, they will be eligible to win some great prizes:
• 10 Bags – Texas 4-H Keychain
• 25 Bags – Jerky Jackpot Water bottle

To earn these cool prizes, the people who buy jerky just need to list the members name and county on their order at checkout. Prizes will be mailed to each county office for the winners to pickup.
