The Bluebonnet Master Gardeners, in conjunction with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension team, are pleased to announce our 7th year of holding Kids’ Kamp in Austin, Colorado, Fayette, and Washington Counties. This kamp is designed to be educational and fun with the goal of igniting a passion in the youth of our area to the importance and enjoyment of gardening through unique experiences. Texas 4-H Water Ambassadors

Tier 1 Academy June 9-15, 2024 The 4-H Water Ambassadors Program will select up to 30 students for a minimum 12-month term of service. Those selected will participate in the 7-day Tier I 4-H2O Leadership Academy (tour) June 9-15, 2024, which includes hands-on experiential learning and covers a wide range of important water issues. Over the next year, water ambassadors commit to delivering at least 40 hours of education and service. Food Handler Course

Washington County Expo (Extension Office) 1305 East Blue Bell Rd, Brenham

The “Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER)” was revised and updated and will be effective October 11, 2015.  A major change in the revision now requires all food employees to complete an accredited food handlers training program within 60 days of employment, effective September 16, 2016.
