2020-2021 Star Award Application This year 4-H record books and star award applications must be turned in to the Extension Office by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 4th. A form fillable PDF star award application can be found at https://washington.agrilife.org/4-hawards/. The last page of the star award application also features a description of each award and who is eligible to apply.
