Being elected to a club officer position is more than just a title, it comes with a responsibility to your club and its members. Your peers paid you a high compliment by electing you to lead them in the right direction. In order to gain the essential knowledge and skills needed to provide the highest quality of leadership to your 4-H Club, Washington County 4-H is hosting a Club Officer Training on Thursday, July 27th. All Club Officers are invited and welcome to come. We will be covering Officer Responsibilities, Parliamentary Procedure, Parts of A Meeting, Teamwork and Tips for Working With Your Club Manager. This event costs nothing to attend, but for planning purposes please RSVP with your name, 4-H club name, and officer position, to the Extension Office by phone or email on or before July 17th.
