Discover the ancient art of fermentation by uncovering its health benefits and flavors. Join Washington County Extension’s Fermentation 101 hands-on workshop on Thursday, August 8, 2024. According to the Healthline website at healthline.com, fermentation can bring positive health benefits such as digestive health, boosting immunity, heart health, weight loss, and mental health.

The hands-on workshop will take place on August 8, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Washington County Expo Event Center in Brenham. The $40 per participant will include take-home recipes and supplies, educational materials, lunch, and door prizes. Please note that space is limited to 12 participants.
