Mark your calendars for an incredible series designed specifically for cattlemen in the South Central Texas region. The 2017 South Central Texas Cattlemen’s Short Course kicks off on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in Washington County and cattle producers from all across the area are invited to attend this unique series focusing on factors effecting beef cattle management and production.
The cattle industry is continually evolving and staying abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and other issues are critical to sustainability in any operation. Following the 45th Annual South Central Texas Cow-Calf Clinic in October of 2016 a committee put together a series of educational programs aimed at addressing producer questions and comments stemming the Cow-Calf Clinic.
