- If the South Central Texas Cow-Calf Clinic Scholarship Committee deems a ticket illegible they reserve the right to void the ticket.
- If the South Central Texas Cow-Calf Clinic Scholarship Committee is not able to contact a winner using the contact information provided on the ticket the item won will become property of the South Central Texas Cow-Calf Scholarship Committee.
- No cash value will be awarded for any prize.
- Any prize won and not collected within the specified time, will become property of the South Central Texas Cow-Calf Clinic Scholarship Committee.
- All transportation and delivery fees are the responsibility of the winner.
- The South Central Texas Cow-Calf Scholarship Committee will not be held liable for any faulty, defective, or otherwise inoperable drawing items.
Prize Specific Terms and Conditions
2023 Kawasaki Mule SX 4×4
The winner is responsible for contacting Kawasaki of Caldwell (Dawn Bowers; 979-567-7777) within 5 business days of the drawing. Winner is responsible for paying tax, title, license, and documentation fees as applicable. Winners may communicate with Kawasaki of Caldwell about options related to upgrades, with additional cost and fees being the sole responsibility of the winner. The South Central Texas Cow-Calf Clinic Scholarship Committee’s investment may be applied to the winner’s purchase. Kawasaki of Caldwell is not responsible nor liable for any delay in delivery of the winning prize due to complications with inventory availability or any other circumstance. Failure to contact the vendor or to collect the item by the specified deadline will result in forfeiture of the item. Pen of Three Bred Heifers
The winner is responsible for taking possession of livestock immediately following the drawing. Arrangements for transportation and delivery can be made by contacting Brian Adams (979-421-3998). The winner is responsible for all fees associated with transportation and delivery. Heifers were purchased by the South Central Teas Cow-Calf Clinic Scholarship Committee as bred heifers and the Committee will do everything within reason to ensure all heifers remain bred through the conclusion of the drawing. The committee does not guarantee pregnancy status or birth of a live calf. Failure to contact the Washington County Extension Office (979-277-6212) or to collect the heifers by the specified deadline will result in forfeiture of the heifers. All forfeited heifers become property of the South Central Texas Cow-Calf Clinic Scholarship Committee.
